Over a period of years, we have moved sixteen structures for
the Historical Society with Restoration Contractor, Walt Smith. For each of the three sites, the site planning is critical.
Each individual building provides an income base for the Society. All buildings can be considered under
adaptive use and are rented, except those buildings used for museum purposes. The economic stability of this Historical Society depends
on it support from these buildings. They provide the ability of the society to carry out its mission to preserve historic structures,
artifacts and memorabilia of this town. We have been designing adaptive re-use projects for this and other uses for thirty-five years. |
